At HairleS, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Eligibility:
- Refunds/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Refund Process:
- Email us at support@hairles.com with your order number.
- We will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for prompt resolution.
