Refund Policy

At HairleS, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Eligibility:

  • Refunds/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refund Process:

  1. Email us at support@hairles.com with your order number.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery for prompt resolution.
